Our Guarantee
We stand behind every pH Select product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund on any unopened, unused product in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@phselect.com within 60 days of delivery. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and walk you through the process. Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be processed promptly.
Return shipping fees:
- For returns in the United States: A return label will be provided with a fee of $9.
- For returns in Canada: A return label will be provided with a fee of $15.
- For returns outside the U.S. and Canada: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties.
If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please ensure the package is properly tracked as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Returns should be sent to:

Refund Processing
Once your return has been handed to the carrier, notify us at contact@phselect.com. We’ll confirm with the carrier, and once verified, your refund will be processed. If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been placed and marked as shipped. We do not refund shipping on orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided.

Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email contact@phselect.com and send your item to:

Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an eGift card upon return. If it was shipped to the gift-giver first, the refund goes back to them.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, check your bank account or credit card statement first. If it’s still not showing, contact your bank or credit card company as they may have additional processing time. Still nothing? Email us at contact@phselect.com, and we’ll resolve it.
